Shipping policy


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

  • Cairo & Giza: 5–7 business days
  • Other Governorates: 5–10 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and external factors.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery as a payment option.
  • Please make sure to have the exact amount ready at delivery.

Shipping policy

  • Opening the order and checking the material and sizes is allowed.
  • Exchange is possible for any reason within 3 days of receiving the order, but there is shipping fees lost unless there is a defect.
  • After our courier leaves there is no refund for any reason.
  • At offers there is no refund or exchange after our courier leaves.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (if available).

Delivery Issues

  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt delivery one more time.
  • If an order is not received after multiple attempts, it will be cancelled and returned to us. Shipping fees will be transferred to your new order in addition to the new shipping fees.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
